Why did I find a COW TONGUE on the railroad track ?
I operate a passenger train and I saw this guy put something on the track in front of me. He walked away and I went to go check it out and it was a COW TONGUE !
It had a yellow rope tied through it!
WTF!
I think its some kind of voodoo but what does it mean?
And why on the railroad track?
