best mid priced in line black powder rifle?

Looking to buy my first in line black powder rifle for deer hunting and target shooting.Which one would be the easiest to clean and be reliable in foul weather?I plan to mount a scope on it also.No imports.Any suggestions?Any load suggestions?

CVA! A lot of muzzle loaders have euro made components. I like the .50 cal, as large as it is, the recoil isnt too sharp.
