if some 1 asked you out, n u don’t like them but don’t want to hurt them or mak them feel bad what do u say???

i don’t want to hurt them n they r so sweet and all but no 4 me…i meant he likes me so much tat he whistels or waves
then when i said no he was so sad…what should i do i don’t really like him tat much anyway…he’s been waitin 2 years to ask! help me!
