How to remove hard water stains from windows.?

I recently moved into a house with very hard water. With it being so hot recently where I live, I had to water my grass a decent amount to keep it alive and now have hard water buildup on my windows. It looks disgusting and normal Windex isn’t doing anything.

Hot water and vinegar.

Fill a bucket with hot water and add 100ml of white vinegar. Wash the window with an old rag using the vinegar solution. Squeegee the solution off, then buff and polish with old newspaper.
