Should the US Navy keep the USS Enterprise for a little while longer?

Right now the USS Enterprise is scheduled to be decommissioned after serving 49 years in the US Navy. Now the problem is the timing, the USS Enterprise carries a very unique history to its name since the first US ship to defeat a Muslim vessel in battle was also called the USS Enterprise. So wouldn’t it be prudent to keep it around as a reminder to Muslims extremists that we have dealt with them before and the outcome will be no different from the last time.

Aircraft carriers are probably the most useful ships we have in the navy. The only reason for decommissioning them is because we have a Muslim president.
