I took my car to my friend’s dyno and he tuned it but he never gave me the exact results. He said 539.5 Brake Horse Power and 415 ft lbs of Torque but never gave me the RWHP.
I can’t get ahold of him any way shape or form.
He’s being an ass hole, basically.
I wrote down what he told me over the phone (blocked number) and he said:
“415.6 ft lbs of Torque @5,400 rpm and 539.5 bhp @ 8,400 rpm”
I think it would be easier to take the car to a shop with a chassis dyno than to ask people here.
If you took the entire car to your friends Dyno, my guess is that it was a Chassis dyno. Chassis dyno’s work by measuring the Torque and Horsepower at the drive wheels, either front, or rear. There are some rare dyno’s that can measure front and back, like for all wheel drive cars. If your friend did not have to pull the engine when he measured the power the car was making, the measurements he gave you were Rear Wheel Horsepower.
