How much to tip movers who only load/unload (I do the packing myself ?

I am moving 40 miles away from 2 bd to 1 bd, I hired 2 professional movers who are only going to load, drive and unload my stuff since I packed it all. I expect to pay 300-400$.
What percentage of this sum is customary to give to movers as tip ?
I am located in CA, if that matters.
