What is the best thermal under glove for motorbike riders in minus degrees celsius?

I suffer badly from frozen hands and feet when I ride and no matter how much i spend on gloves (and I have bought brand names) they don’t seem to keep my hands warm. I have purchased some thermal under gloves in addition but my hands still feel as if they’ve been slammed in a car door by the time I get to my destination. Please help.

Another option is electric grips. I have them on one of my bikes and are very pleased with their performance.

One more option are Hippo Hands that slide over the end of your bars that cover your hands and creates a pocket of still air so there is no wind blowing across the gloves.
