How to get the chrome colour on plastic?

I sprayed my tamiya kit with the alclad2 crome paint but I still do not satisfied with result

To literally do it, you pay someone to plate the plastic with real chrome. Finding and applying good silver, gold and chrome paints is an ongoing battle for every one doing it – Cleaning flawlessly, perhaps applying an undercoat and sanding lightly, thoroughly mixed paint applied in thin layers.
