I took a Nature Made Super B-Complex dietary supplement today for the first time and my urine is bright “neon” yellow. Is this just my body getting used to the high amounts of vitamins/minerals, or is this not normal?

Very normal, I take a GNC mega-men vit twice a day and take two bright yellow leaks during the day.
