For astronauts the most terrible things are not the bad circumstance such as the fingernail would be off, it is different to get in and out. And Diets may cause an accident in Weight loss circumstances. Even the terrible vomiting is not so unbearable. The most suffering is lonely and alone, and some other personal things.  Top 6 It is troublesome on toilet

In the space station, the most troubling issue definitely is on the toilet. There are only two toilets on the station, one is in the Russian cabin, the other is in the United States cabin. But the two toilets aren’t working now; they need astronauts to repair them in orbit maintenance.

It is a hassle to be on toilet. How to deal with the waste makes Astronauts headache.  , The urine has been recovered and reused into clean drinking water, bath water and eating water, since May 2009.  Astronaut Sandra.Magnus said: “This is a horrible thing, but also a very interesting thing. You may ask, ‘do you drink the urine?’ Absolutely not, what we drink is the treated urine, It is clean drinking water.”He was just in the space station, when the urine recycling systems installed.

Astronauts can’t take a bath commonly in the Zero-gravity environment, which always make them frustrated. It is a common thing to take a bath on earth. The water ejected will flow from the nozzle into the sewers. But in zero gravity conditions, all is changed. In the space station, astronauts use a water gun to take a bath and washing clothes. In addition, they use a special shampoo to keep hair clean. Payette said: “We take a bath and wash our hair as hard as we engage in a camping or expedition as well.” In the Cramped living space, in addition to the personal hygiene, who want to spend the full 6-month in the space station? In order to add some joy to their life in outer space, they would bring some cool-novelties This would help them to spend the free time easier.

The most difficult thing for astronauts is to endure the intolerable Loneliness in space , it seems  as if they have lost connection with the life on earth. Sometimes, they have to spend half a year in space, they are far away from the Earth, their friends and family. Although there are many colleagues around them, they always miss their families and friends. So every astronaut would bring more than two bar phones,   to frequently call them. Because the Bar Phone,  is the most suitable for them to use in the weightless circumstance. But they will inevitably miss some significance event in their life, which would bring a deep sense of loss for them.

December 2007, NASA astronaut Daniel• Tani’s mother died in a car accident. While he was in the station, he could not go back, but just simply track express his grief at more than 200 miles away from Earth (about 321 km). Two months later, He returned to Earth. In 2004, NASA astronaut Michael • Fincke missed the birth of his second child. At that time, he is doing a long-term space missions at the Space Station as one of crew of 9 expedition. 4 months later, he returned to Earth to see his daughter at first time.

Although the current space food isn’t as monotonous as freeze-dried ice cream and soup. But it is far away from the satisfactory level of astronauts. They still expect much for the space meal.  In space, fresh fruits and vegetables are extremely rare and extravagant, As it will produce much debris. It is an undoubted disaster. Clean-up them. In addition to those nasty things, astronauts have to face the serious health problems, especially the impact on bone, caused by the outer space. A recent study found that the bone strength of astronauts would fall by at least 14% within six months staying in space.  Other studies have found, bone mineral density of astronauts would decline monthly at 0.4 to 1.8% in the space.
