Shaping styrene plastic?
I’m making automail (a fake mechanical arm) for a cosplay (costume) and I want to use styrene plastic sheets. I don’t have a vacuum or special heat gun to form the shape of my arm. Can I use household things like a oven, hairdryer, or hot water? At what temperature does styrene become pretty flexibe? I want to do it without melting or burning the plastic, nor do I want to hurt myself so safety tips are appreciated.

it would be best if you go buy one or get a professional to make one. it is very easy to get hurt with the oven and if you do it wrong you can get a serous burn.
