Purpose Weight

Is anyone familiar with the benefits of vinegar to burn fat for the purpose of losing weight?
I am on a diet and really want to lose 50lbs. I excersize at least five to six days a week on a stationary bike for half an hour. I was told that vinegar works well and have just started using one teaspoon in a glass of cold water to drink. Are there any negatives associated with this?
im not sure why you would want to do that but here are some other tips
Eat healthy and instead of a bike, start jogging for those 30 minutes… you’ll get more out of it.
