Pointed Brush
When is it best to brush your teeth?
I’m having a hard time convincing my family that one should brush their teeth immediately after getting out of bed, that is even before breakfast. And of course (and they agree with me on this one) again just before going to bed.
Is it better to brush the teeth immediately at the point of getting up in the morning? Or would it be better to eat first and brush after?
What are the benefits of each of these cases? Does anyone know?
Brushing upon rising will really freshen your mouth and breath. But brushing after breakfast would do more to help prevent cavities. Can you do both?
