Pink Canon Camera Romancing The Camera.
Modern digital technology has revolutionized the concept of imaging. Using cameras loaded with films to shoot photos is a thing of past and has been replaced with high-tech digital cameras that shoot images with precision and clarity.
Here is one quick resource before we get started:
Pink Polaroid Camera
OK, now let’s take a look numerous useful guidelines.
Today everybody owns a camera and it is no longer considered a premium or luxury. Everyone including children today carry cameras with them just like mobiles and walkmans.
By the way, here’s another resource for you:
Pink Polaroid Digital Camera
Today’s digital cameras are equipped with technology that is driven by software applications which does not call for any skill of the user to adjust lenses, check the setting and lights, aperture etc. All one needs to do is to aim and click the red button and things fall into place. Zooming, light adjustment is all automatic and you can even record video images as well as capture still frames in the same camera
Let’s see further what happens to post clicking. The digital cameras have done away with film roles and save images as files that are downloaded on to the computer for viewing and saved. Printing photos on paper is being fast replaced with viewing pictures on computers, laptops and mobiles and saving them on CDs, Computers and other storage media devices.
Does all this hi tech improvement mean that we have lost the magic of shooting pictures using cameras? Many Photographers certainly seem to think so. Until a few years ago it was considered a fine art to be able to shoot pictures and required considerable knowledge and skill on part of the photographer to be able to capture the scene in its entirety and originality. The effort involved in setting up the camera and its components to be able to get the best picture quality gave them the satisfaction. So in case of automatic camera if all one is required to do is to click on the button, where is the fun?
Every photographer is passionate and is highly emotional about his craft of being able to translate the beauty in the visual forms to a print and view medium. Photographers hold their cameras close to their heart and almost worship it as their symbol with reverence. Photographers had to earn and keep aside money for a number of years to be able to afford a pair of lens for the camera and hence it was very valuable to them. Shooting pictures was not all, one had to be able to develop the film in the dark room, build the master, do the color separation and create negatives to be able to print multi colored images. The manual dexterity involved in being able to develop the films and the color separation of positives on which depended the quality of photo prints, was what brought immense sense of achievement to the photographers.
Actually to recall, the earliest cameras were the big black boxes made with jet-black canvas, mounted on huge stand with the shutter and lenses at one end and the film at the other end. It is wonderful to recapture the history of photography and the camera’s development through from manual box to what it is today.
Today the postproduction work is all done digital using soft wares on computers. The visual images are altered and worked upon by the visual artists who use various software filters, light effects and texturing to create the visual media for further use. It is they who complete the pictures further on from the Photographers. No one will disagree that it is the photographers skill and art that contributes to capturing the image as photograph. No technology can replace or takeover the art and passion of the photographers.
