Is it true that Boeing is going to stop the production of 747 Jets in near future?

Dear All Aviation Enthusiasts,
Its make me so sad that boeing is going to stop producing legendary Jumbo jets due to variety of reasons.Is it true?.If so why they are doing so?.
I am very much depressed ,i never travelled in any aircraft yet.But I loved it ,recogonised all most all aircrafts from childhood.I loved B-747-400 & Mig-21 more than anything.The latter is history now but live in the minds of people like me around the globe.Will the same fate awaiting B747 too?.Pls answer me only if u have authentic answers.
