Tattoo opinion? Ideas? Appx cost?
I’m getting a tattoo soon, and I am trying to decide whether to get it on my shoulder blade or in between my shoulders. It’s a tribute piece for a friend who died 6 years ago, and I already have what the main part of the tat is going to be.. Should I get a few more smaller things around the central part that represent him or simply get RIP Matt or With the Angels in fancy script on a banner over it?
I know it depends by place but how much can I expect it to cost me? I go to a christian college, and I want to hide it until it is healed. Any suggestions?

Just go to a few tattoo studios and explain your idea to them and tell them you are looking for an estimate on how much it is going to cost you to get it done.
