what is the best and easy highlighting kit?

i want to add a few highlights around my hair for a summer glow. does any one know of a very good highlighting kit you can do at home without going to the salon. Can u please name a brand that is easy to apply and gives salon quality results? please name a kit that is easy to find at any store or beauty store? any answers will be appreciated thanks.

Honestly, I would get it done professionally. Or even going to a local beauty college. If you get it done professionally, and you want natural looking highlights, go for a caramel color and ask about the “star burst effect.” Depend on if your hair is colored or if its your natural color, you could end up with highlights a shade you don’t want. If you have natural color hair (you haven’t colored it) then try putting some lemon juice in your hair and going out in the sun. DO NOT USE “SUN IN” IF YOU HAVE BRUNETTE or DIRTY BLOND HAIR. It will give you an orange tint.
