Imperial Japanese Army and Navy Uniforms and Equipment?

Does anyone have these books and could scan page 105 of Nakata (Imperial Japanese Army and Navy Uniforms and Equipment) and page 111 of Hewitt (Uniforms and Equipment of The Imperial Japanese Army in WW2)? If scan is illegal, could you tell me about the “Imperial Officer’s Cap” shown on those pages. I’m trying to figure out whether the flat top officers cap was used during WWII, or if it was strictly a taisho period hat.

I believe that the field uniform was a flat hat.
