Gray Model

Where can i find this model paint?

My friend is a model kit builder holic. And he has a Tiger I 1:35 series, and in the kit they call for a blue gray paint. And he’s a nut about having to have the right color. I can not find the blue grey spray paint anywhere. Does anybody have any ideas. I live in Arkansas and the model was bought at hobby lobby

FIRST, most model kit instructions include EITHER a paint brand and color, or the FS (Federal Standard) Number for paints.
