Can you use Testors Enamel Thinner to thin nail polish?

The bottle that I want to use says Testors Enamel Thinner & Brush Cleaner…For Testors, ModelMaster, & Floquil. I was wondering….can I use this as a nail polish thinner as well? Or is it just for enamel paint that comes from those brands?
