Fine Molds
I made pesto 3 months ago and refrigerated it. It still looks/smells fine and no mould. Should we eat it?
We made it with basil, nuts and LOTS of olive oil and vinegar. Will we get botulism and die if we eat it? It’s really good! I know we should freeze it next time in that cute ice-cube idea but what do we do for now?
did you refrigerate it or freeze it? If you only refrigerated it then dump it. You shouldn’t eat anything thats been refrigerated for that long. IF you froze it then it should be okay.
