What supplies would I need to launch the Estes Wizard Rocket?

So let’s say I bought this rocket: http://www.amazon.com/Estes-Wizard-Rocket/dp/B000
And I had a C6-5 engine for it. What else would I need in order to launch it? Would I need to buy a launch pad or a chute system separately? Does it come with the rocket?

The rocket will come with a recovery system, I believe that kit uses a streamer. If you have the kit and a motor then all you will need is wadding and a launch system. You can purchase a starter set that comes with a launch pad and launch controller or you can build your own if you are inclined.
- You will need an 1/8″ rod at least 3′ long (piano wire works) and a blast deflector such as a tin plate or other non-flammable material.

- Launch controller containing 15+’ of wire and a 6-12 volt DC power supply that can be triggered by a switch that returns to open circuit to comply with NAR safety code.
