Diorama Texture

Do you ever carve intricate miniature landscapes, canyons, diorama’s etc into a fresh tub of Ice cream?
as you eat it?
well, I do.
I have taken to using a fork lately, because of the wider types of textures I can produce. Sometimes a spoon or even knife is neccesary, though.
I have found that sherbet carves very nicely, too. just whatever flavor you like best, unless you are going after a certain color. I like the new oval shaped tubs, like “Bl;ue bunny”, and my freind likes the old square ones, and he usualy buys chocolate chip. I made a nice cliff dwelling diorama the other day, and my freind made a pretty realistic looking marianas trench.
No I’ve never done it, but it sure sounds cool! Think I’ll try it, and use a fork. Orange sherbet/vanilla mebbe.
