How does the citadel hobby drill work?

I got a citadel hobby drill for christmas but i dont know how to use it. I would be most grateful for instructions on what to do as they did not come with the drill

As near as I can tell, it looks like a pin vise. The pointy end (collet) should have a cross shaped hole in it. Your drill bit goes in there. If you unscrew the end, a pieces should come out – there should be a couple of different ends with various sized holes in them. Find the hole that fits the drill bit the closest and then tighten down the pointy end holding the collet.

Put the drill against the place you want to drill a hole. Usually you want to mark the hold with a small punch or large pin. Hold the cushioned end down with your index (pointing) finger and twirl the body of the drill with your thumb and middle finger clockwise.
