i want to be in the elliot brown modelling agency?

and would like to become a model
one of my friends is in the elliot brown agency and i would like to also!
can you tell me what happens if say i do get in?
like how are you called out for auditions or photoshoots?
it says you have to be able to miss school, and be free all week..
what does this mean?
