Boost Glider
weight loss! do i need to do more? serious answers only!?
okay so i do 3 hours a cardio a day on a glider.(1 hour in the morning, after noon and before i go to bed)
i strength train every other day. i do some squats, lunges and tricep dips every day.
i eat about 1200 calories a day and i drink a lot of water.
im aiming for 30-40 pounds by september and i KNOW its possible.
i dont eat fried foods, sugar, pasta, bread or high sodium foods.
im 5’0 160 pounds and 14.
i want to lose weight and boost my confidence before i go into highs chool next year.
since june 13th i have lost 21 inches. (inches mean more to me than pounds because a lot of it is water and muscle)
here are my measurements so far.in inches
waist-31
hips-37
thighs-23(eeeww i know gross)
arm-12
calves-14
bust-36
im starting lap swimming and track running next week.
by doing these will i achieve my goal?
what are some weight loss tips?
my main problems are my flabby arms and big thighs.
you are doing awesome..&& trust me ive been working out too but im alot older than u..keep up the good work && remember females take more time to lose weight than males..we tend to lose inches over pounds..just try not too drink all but water cuz u dont wanna end up retaining water..but so far keep up the good work with this workout im sure u will reach ur goal..good luck!!
