Most backpacks that are sold nowadays are usually marketed as “unisex” like the fausto se pack when in reality they only cater to the larger body-build of men. The Isabella Backpack by North Face is a daypack that is specifically designed for women to provide extra comfort that most backpacks in the market lack.
 
Women’s torso length and shoulders are very different from those of men so the Isabella backpacks features shoulder straps that are shaped to comfortably fit a woman’s torso. The North Face Isabella Backpack is composed of a large main zip pocket, a smaller secondary zip pocket, and a tiny stash pocket in front for storing little things like a coin purse or spare change. The main compartment only has a 1,200 cubic-inch capacity that is evidently smaller than other The North Face backpacks, such as the fausto backpack. It is however lined with many internal pockets inside for better utilization of the space. This backpack can hold the typical daily load of laptop, a book, a planner, and some lunch. Meanwhile, the secondary pocket has the standard pen holders, pockets for gadgets and small stuff, and a key organizer.
 
The bag also sports a simplified version of the extendable bungee cord found on many of the North Face packs like the surge pack. This bungee cord can hold a sweater or a blazer, or any bulky object that you don’t want inside your bag. It also comes with reflective hit spots for added security when walking or biking night.
 
The North Face Isabella pack is ideal for petite women who are in need of a functional bag that can carry around big objects like laptops and books, but want to avoid the whole bulk factor.
