Aztek replacement parts?

does any1 know where i can find an aztek air hose compressor adaptor..its a little plastic thing that goes on the air hose to conect to the compressor. i dont really want to have to buy a new airbrush just to get it..but i cant seem to find any place online that sell them or even the hose with it on it. also if you know any hobby stores in vt or nh that might sell them that would be great too.

I can’t find a good pic of the compressor adaptor, are you sure this couldn’t be replaced with a brass fitting from the hardware store? They make screw on fittings with two different sized ends, and that’s what I attach my hoses to the compressor with (3-4 bucks for two) – well, that and teflon tape (1 buck).

I’d try Coast (if you haven’t already) their staff is great at making stuff work if (by a fluke) they don’t have the exact parts.

I know you’re stuck right now, and trying to make the best of it – and this is not what you want to hear…but next time you’re in the market for an airbrush, skip the Aztek. It’s plastic, and it will never hold up. Skip Badger (substandard) and Paasche (great if you like an airbrush built like a small tank). Iwata makes some nice ones – check out the Revolutions, when you’re ready, which are priced for entry level (all metal, takes a beating and keeps on ticking), Sata is getting there, but their prices are unrealistic. I hear bad things about Grex too.
