Can I Bondo- I already painted today?

It looks good but I would like to reshape it a little. It wasn’t until I got the paint on that I notice a slight imperfection (indentation). The base coat has only been on 3 hours. If I strip (sand) it down to the Bondo can I bondo over that again or at this point do I have to go all the way back to bare metal- rather not do that but I could get the paint off relatively easily. I also sprayed (can) auto enamel. Rustolean says I have to wait 7 days before applying their clear coat (can). Does that sound right? NO LAMPS or OVEN.
Also what cleaner do I use after I
a) Bondo
b) Prime
c) Base coat (how many base coats shoud I do?)
I’ve been afraid to get it wet so I just used a papertowel to get it really clean- is this good enough?

yes you can re apply bondo over bondo. just make sure that it is sanded really good. use a block while you sand and use x motions, this will help you out tremendously, then use 320 grit to smooth away and apply your primer, then block sand your primer with 320 grit so it will be smooth. apply base then clear.
