can you buy aluminum powder at paint stores in Georgia?
I do pyrotechnics and need it for flash powder and glitter stars.if you know of any particular paint stores that have some than please mention them to me.
Flash powder is considered a high explosive by the BATFE. It is illegal to manufacture without a Type 20 High Explosive Manufacturing License from the BATFE. It is in fact a federal crime to manufacture without proper licensing which can get you federal jail and get you labeled as a terrorist, I’ve seen it happen.

No reputable chemical vendor is going to sell you materials to make flash powder without a Type 20 on file for you.
